The 26.3 hectares of Queens Park sit across the street: gardens, mature trees, and the Empire Theatre at the south end. The city centre, cafés on Margaret Street, and Toowoomba’s CBD are all a short walk away.

Both homes face west and catch the afternoon sun on the verandahs.

Two homes, kept honest.

The Cottage is a restored heritage Queenslander, with polished timber floors, a claw foot bath and wrap around verandahs. The Lodge is a modern brick townhouse, comfortable and easy to live in. Both have modern kitchens and bathrooms, and verandahs that catch the afternoon sun.
