Yes, pets are welcome at both Bannockburn Lodge and Bannockburn Cottage with prior approval. Pets must stay on hard floors only (downstairs areas) and are not permitted on carpeted areas or upstairs. Bannockburn Cottage has a fully fenced yard. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet.

We do not permit parties, events, or loud gatherings at either property. Our homes are in a quiet residential neighbourhood and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbours.

Yes. Off-street parking is available for up to two vehicles at each property (four total if booking both houses). No street permits are needed.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need to adjust these times, please ask us the day before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Yes, but we can only confirm availability the day before your arrival or departure. This is because we need to coordinate cleaning between guests. Send us a message the day before and we will let you know.

We place keys in the front door lock (Lodge) or back door lock (Cottage) shortly before your check-in time. There is no key safe. At check-out, please leave the keys on the kitchen counter.

Yes. Both properties are family-friendly. Bannockburn Lodge has two baby cribs available. Bannockburn Cottage has a fenced yard and child-friendly features. Please supervise children on stairs and balconies.

We provide all linen, bath towels, and a clean, well-maintained home. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, heating and cooling, free WiFi, and a smart TV. A house manual is available in each property and sent before your arrival.

Both Bannockburn Lodge and Bannockburn Cottage are in East Toowoomba, directly opposite Queens Park. You are a short walk from the Toowoomba CBD, cafés, restaurants, the Empire Theatre, and the Cobb and Co Museum.

For direct and website bookings, a $200 refundable security bond is held. It is pre-authorised 24 hours before check-in and released 3 to 7 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages or breaches of house rules. Airbnb bookings do not require a separate bond.
