We offer a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before check-in. Between 14 and 5 days, a 50% refund. Under 5 days, no refund unless we rebook the property for your dates. Please see our full terms and conditions for details.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is charged 5 days before check-in. A $200 refundable security bond applies. It is pre-authorised 24 hours before check-in and released 3 to 7 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage and no breach of the house rules.
